Summary The site compatibility certificate (SCC) application seeks to enable the development of a seniors housing village at 121-133 Prairie Vale Road, Bossley Park also known as Club Marconi (the site). The proposed concept plan for the village includes the following development:
• 150 self-contained dwellings above the existing car park (five separate buildings ranging from five to nine storeys);
